   The quantity of cash desks is calculated as one desk per 100-150 square m. Example: if the sales area of your store is 200 m2 – you should provide 2 cash desks. :: Reply

   allowable passage-width in self-service stores should be not less than 1.5 m. This is the distance two customers can pass by one another driving product carts :: Reply

   In this case you need to follow the Health service rules: household products section should be not less than 1.5 meter away from other sections; it’s recommended to plan sections selling hermetically packed products (for example: canned goods).
